Over 14 years, she built and led high-performing teams across publishing, media, and tech: scaling companies under pressure, navigating operational complexity, and delivering precision outcomes in environments where fragmentation was not an option.

She has served as Marketing Director, founded a media production company producing narrative content for global brands, and consulted for multiple SaaS organizations navigating rapid growth. She did not study high-performance teams. She ran them.

Trained at The Flow Centre in flow psychology and neuroscience, Nash designs performance infrastructure grounded in the science of optimal human functioning. Her methodology removes friction, eliminates decision drag, and builds protocols that make peak performance the default state rather than the exception.

An elite athlete herself, she applies the same principles of edge management and deliberate execution to her rock climbing and multi-discipline training practice. She understands, from the inside, what it takes to perform at the margins.
